<div itemprop="description">TAPP, Jack Frederick<br><br>On August 17, 2016, JackTapp passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Jane Tapp. Cherished father of Steve (Rosemary), Rick (Ildiko), Randy (Denise), Rod and Catherine (Craig). Proud grandfather of Blake, Lindsey, Kylie, Justin, Ryan, Lauren, Kenzie, William and Dylan. Loving brother of Peg (Ray) and Bruce (Dorothy). Dear uncle of Gary (Judy), Cathy (Glen), Suzanne and Scott (Alex). Predeceased by his parents Art and Ruby Tapp and by his sister Ruth Tapp. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Monday, August 22, 2016 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Internment in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
