<div itemprop="description">Peacefully, on Monday July 25, 2016 at University Hospital, London. Predeceased by his loving wife, Rose and his siblings Ray Perkins and Nola Gill. Survived by his daughter Carol Kruspel (Armin) and his son Ted Perkins (Barb). Proud grandpa of Jamie (Jen), Ray (Candice), Kevin (Tiffany) and his five great grandchildren. Ivan will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Special thank you to the many nurses and doctors in the Cardiac Care Unit at University Hospital, London, Ontario for their care and support. Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell) on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 10 am to 11 am with the funeral service to follow at 11 am. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made in memory of Ivan to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice. <br><br></div>
