Passed away peacefully on October 26, 2016 in her 97th year. Predeceased by husband LeRoy "Roy" Rollings and daughter Bonnie Blackburn. Beloved mother of Victor Fargnoli and Julianne (Greg) Officer. Cherished by son-in-law Bob (Judith) Blackburn, grandsons Alex and Brian Blackburn. Survived by her sister Pat Crowe. Remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Fiercely independent and feisty she is to be admired for the many hardships and challenges she conquered and for her accomplishments in life. Fran was an avid Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Her favourite pass times were bingo, shuffle board, bowling and buying and selling antiques. She'll be dearly missed . May the angels guide her to Heavens warmth to rest in peace. A graveside service will be held at St. John the Divine Cemetery 21557 Richmond Street, Arva, Ontario, on Wednesday November 2, 2016 at 2 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) or the London Humane Society.
